Running in Spongy on the silicon diode recs will have a stiffer response than Spongy/Tube rec, but not as stiff as Bold. Eventually that bad tube is going to start blowing fuses, especially if you switch to Bold or turn up the volume. Your safest bet like I said earlier, would be to remove both the 5U4s and run in the Silicon Diode mode until you can replace the rec tubes. Since you are running in Spongy, and likely not turned up too loud, explains how you are running on one 5U4 without blowing fuses. If you want to run yours at 50W, you can remove a pair of power tubes (looking at the back of the amp they are paired 1-2-2-1), one of the rectifier tubes (doesnt matter which position they are wired in parallel), and halve the impedance (ie plug your 8-Ohm cabinet into the 4-Ohm jack on the amp.) If this error fixes itself I will change my review, but as of rec-tube is broken, and the majority of the videos from older streamers are nonexistent.The 50W setting is a feature of the 2010-newer Dual and Triple Recs. You simply are not getting the value you paid for. You will be spending $29 to see about 5 working videos out of 30 for each Camstar (especially ones that made videos around 2016-2018). All those vidoes you see of camstars are an illusion, they don't seem to exist or work. BUT, know that most if not all of them probably can't be played due to some corruption or serverside error. Before you buy just know that yes, there are a plentiful amount of videos. This 2 star review might change to 5 in the future because I know these videos do work (I've seen them play without the error in the past) but it could possibly be some form of server error on their end, or the videos are actually gone and not there in reality anymore. You are not immune to it, keep reading and avoid wasting your money. Also do not think this video error won't come up on your device, I tried many different browsers, devices, even cleared my browser settings and the error still persist.
